Chinese language course 1
The course will introduce the learners in basic Mandarin Chinese conversation and writing. The main goal is to help learners develop particularly the communicative ability in Mandarin Chinese by learning useful situational dialogs, vocabulary, language structures and functions. The classes are generally Monday-Thursday, in the afternoon and evening, once a week, one and a half hours at a time. The only condition for attending is basic-medium knowledge of English.
There will be courses for the students wishing to continue the Chinese study after 1 semester, after 2 semesters of study, or for advanced students.

Calligraphy course
The calligraphy course will outline the main calligraphy styles, will present the basic techniques in using the calligraphy brush and the Chinese ink and ink stone, and will introduce the fundamental principles in writing Chinese characters. The classes will be in the afternoon or evening.
There is a calligraphy course with 2 groups of students and 10 teaching hours for each student for the 1st semester of the academic year 2011-2012.

Taichi course
The Tai Chi course will explore the traditional Chinese exercise of Tai Chi Chuan. One hour a week, for 10 weeks, every Saturday, it will introduce the basic skills and techniques.
